Bus to Camp
For Children’s Weeks (Week 1 and 6) the first day of camp is on TUESDAY all other weeks begin on MONDAY. Drop-off is from 8:30 – 9:00 AM at the bus stop on Radnor Ave NE. The bus departs promptly at 9:15 AM. We ask that campers arrive earlier rather than later so that we can sign all campers in, collect medications (in a sealed pharmacy issued container), and get luggage loaded onto the bus in a timely manner.
Bus to Calgary
Returning from Camp, the bus arrives on SATURDAY between 12:00 and 12:30 PM at the designated area on Radnor Ave NE. Please be prompt when picking up your children from the bus stop. Our staff will stay at the bus stop until every child is picked up.
Not Taking the Bus?
If you are not from the Calgary area or are planning on driving your child to camp, please contact us at campkasotawest@gmail.com to let us know that your child will not be at bus. The same applies if you plan on picking up your child on Saturday. If you are dropping off at camp, please arrive between 11:00 and 11:30 AM on the first day of camp. If you are picking up at camp, please arrive between 9:30 and 10AM on Saturday. Directions to camp can be found here.
